Board terms are for three years, ending in April of the year shown above.  

Nominations and elections for open Board seats occur at the annual Homes Association meeting.

If a Board vacancy occurs between election periods, the Board may appoint a replacement Director by majority vote. 
Such appointee shall hold office until the term of the Director whose place he or she has taken expires.

We work as a collaborative team and regularly support one another.
