Recommended Contractors

As most of the CSHA's homes are 100+ years old, our homeowners must often find contractors who are knowledgeable about the special care needed for older and historic homes.  So, we've created a list of everyone's recommendations of those contractors/companies who have treated our properties well!  It will be updated as more recommendations come in.   Do you have a contractor you would like to recommend?  You can do so HERE -- and thank you!
